Coaching & Accompaniment
One-to-One Coaching & Accompaniment
This work offers a grounded, relational, and spacious process — attuned to the realities of living in challenging times and your unique worldview and situation. It is not goal-driven or performance-oriented. It is not about “solving” the planetary crisis, but about finding how to participate in a way that feels true — with your people, in your place, and in this moment of history.
Presencing
In a time of accelerating and unpredictable change, it is vital that we remember who we truly are, what matters most, and what is ours to do. This is presencing. When we are present, wisdom arises. And from wisdom, wise choices and meaningful, transformative action become possible.
Accompaniment
I can accompany you awhile.
Accompaniment meets deep human needs — to be heard, seen, felt, appreciated, and understood. It is surprisingly rare. Many people I accompany say they have no one else with whom they can speak honestly about what they see, sense, and feel about the state of the world and the direction we’re heading.
Distress & Enlivenment
Many of us need space and time to feel into the darkness of the present moment — the distress that underpins our lives. When we make compassionate room for fear, grief, anger, or despair to move through us, it no longer haunts, drives, or overwhelms. Instead, it turns into insight, inspiration, resolve, and action — as it is meant to. This requires practice, and support.
Who is this for?
People who feel the weight of these times — especially those who carry responsibility, care deeply about the world, or find themselves supporting others in their work or communities.
I often work with people in education, research, public service, creative practice, community leadership, organisational life, or social change, and because I work over Zoom, I’m able to accompany people from many different parts of the world.
But the common thread is simply this: a wish to stay human, coherent, and responsive in a world that is becoming harder to navigate.
