We start simply: with a call that gives us space to talk, understand what’s happening for you, and sense whether working together would be supportive.
There’s no charge for this meeting.
If you’d like to explore working together, you can choose a time that suits you. There’s no preparation needed — we begin wherever you are, and follow what feels most alive or concerning.
Practicalities
Sessions usually take place online (Zoom) unless we are close enough to meet in person.
Open to clients across the English-speaking world.
The initial conversation (up to 60 minutes, shorter if preferred) is free of charge.
It’s an opportunity for you to get a feel for how I work, and for us to see whether it’s a good fit.
There’s no pitch, no pressure, and no obligation to continue. Most people leave that first call feeling clearer and steadier — whether or not they choose to book further sessions.
If you’d like to talk about structure or fees, we can do that naturally during the call or by email afterwards.
